Kim Kardashian West Launches KKW Beauty With Lavish Party

Kim Kardashian stunned in several Vivienne Westwood frocks while hosting the launch party of her new cosmetic line, KKW Beauty, in her Bel-Air mansion.

Kim’s CMU (chief makeup artist) Mario, her mother, Kris Jenner, hubbie, Kanye West and daughter, North West all made an appearance at the launch party. Kardashian glam-team veterans, including Joyce Bonelli and others were also there to support.

Keeping Up With the Kardashians

Glaringly absent from the festivities was the Kardashian-Jenner sister clan, leading many to speculate on their absence. Were the sisters boycotting the affair in protest of Kim invading baby sister Kylie’s makeup territory?

This doesn’t seem to be the case as Kim Kardashian recently partnered with her sister Kylie on a Lip Kit. It would seem the collaboration was strategically introduced to prepare fans for the launch of KKW Beauty and Kylie, so little sis is probably in full support.

It wouldn’t be the first time the sisters have kept away from each other’s events so as not to steal the spotlight.

KKW Beauty Sneak Peak

Many of your favorite LA influencers also made the invite list including: Janice Joostema, Christen Domonique, Jackie Aina, and many more! A barefoot Kim made her rounds, and took time to chat with them all posing for ussies, recording Snapchat videos and swatching.

Kim totally transformed her mansion, turning it into a KKW Beauty showhome. A crowd favorite was the “Selfie” room, which Kim had covered in floor-to-ceiling flowers.

There’s been a buzz surrounding the launch of KKW Beauty ever since the reality star began teasing the release date via Instagram. Kim has long been apart of the beauty world since her founding of Kardashian Cosmetics alongside her sisters.

Also, many of Kardashian-Jenner’s key beauty team have gained a following all their own including glam squad members: Mario Dedivanovic, Joyce Bonnelli, Jen Atkin, Ariel Tejada and Tokyo Styles.
